Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. A $25 fee applies to late cancellations and missed appointments.

Deposits

Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment. I will confirm whether deposits are required for all appointments or only for treatment packages.

Refunds and Service Credits

Once a treatment package has begun, no cash refunds will be issued. Any remaining unused balance may be applied toward other services or products.

Products are available for purchase at our physical location, on Amazon Marketplace, through our website, and through Square.
